I am just wondering what kind of results regular stepping gives, as well as being good for your heart. What did everyone notice tone up more ?
I think it is brilliant for shaping the legs, and toning my stomach.
I lost lots of weight and really toned up developed good legs and added by doing lower body work and light weights. Its also helped with my knee problems (I fell down some stairs a while ago)etc.

Yes I am fine actually I fell down the escalator in Warren Street Station cut up my legs and had to go home barefoot Ifot my sister to pick me up from my home station badly shaken (wouldn't go the hospital the wait would have driven me mad) my legs are still scarred I had to lay off exercising for 3 days.
