Results with Kick Punch & Crunch

I think Kick Punch & Crunch is so fun, but I don't want to lose weight--just tone up. Would this be a good video to do twice a week for my cardio? I primarily use the FIRM workouts. If you use KPC, what kind of results did you see from doing this video compared to other types of cardio (like step aerobics)? Thanks for your responses!
 
I also think KPC is so fun, and I love it! It is totally a cardio workout, but it also works your legs, mostly hip flexors, and arms (shoulders). Even though it works your legs and arms, I wouldn't compare it as doing strength training. I only do this as my cardio workout, which for my current routine I only do once a week. I am sure just once or twice a week is good for you. :)
 
i think kp&c is the best workout for toning up legs,arms,abs. i mostly noticed that my mid section(abs) have slimmed down.i can now where a close fitting shirt without my belly sticking out. :)
