Results from Hardcore Gym Style workouts

Hi Cathe - I just wanted to share my great results from doing your Hardcore Gym Style workouts. I use an online body composition site to track my progress, and the other day I entered my stats and was thrilled to see that since May I've gained 1.5 inches in my shoulders and .5 inch in my biceps! I've also lost 2 inches in my abs and .5 inch in my thighs.

Although I do other workouts, I've been regularly incorporating the Gym Styles in my rotations and I truly believe those workouts deserve much of the credit - especially for the muscle gains in my shoulders and biceps. I am starting to see great definition in my upper body. You're right - those bands really "get in there"! Thanks, Cathe!

Hi Julia, I am doing the gym style workouts. I do each workout 1 time a week and mix in other cardio. I just finished my 1st week. I plan on using them for about 4 weeks. They are great workouts. I wanted to say congratulations to you! that is great news. I hope to see great results also
