Results from Body Max?

I'm just starting a Body Max rotation. I'd like to know if anyone has had results with this workout. I know I will increase cardio and leg endurance, but what about the upper body? Has anyone built muscle with this upper body routine? What about fat loss? I worry that it's I will only gain endurance, but have no "visible" changes.

I am just curious on how you are doing your rotation? I do not have this dvd, but you kinda of have me interested in it now. I can't wait to hear some others results as well. :) Good post;-)

I generally do Body Max step and circuit on one day, and the arm and ab workout the next. I do this twice a week. Sometimes I will substitute the first two sections of Rhythmic step for the step section of Body Max. In between, I'll do yoga and Pilates.
 
I'll share my experience and opinion of BodyMax. This workout does good things for me. I think it's an overlooked and unappreciated workout. If you look at Cathe's rotations, she almost always lists BodyMax in the fat loss ones. I use this workout on the day between 2 days off. It definitely helps me drop fat.
(As you already know since you have the workout) It's got everything
-cardio, power leg circuits and weights. I go as heavy as I possibly can with the leg and upper body weight and it wipes me out. By the end of the workout I'm spent. The abs section is good too.
