Rest weeks

I agree with everyone here who says it's a (VERY) hard thing to do, but I think it's a wonderful idea and I'm definitely going to give this a whirl myself. I've been feeling very stiff and sore constantly, it seems, these days, and I think my body is definitely trying to tell me something! Hang in there, Shelley, and try to focus on how good your workouts will feel once you return to them! :)
