Why not create a Workout using nothing but resistance tubing.
Such workout would be great,especially for those who are either new to freeweights or recovering from injuries. For those of us who are veterans to your workouts, you can even suggest increasing the tension on the tubing on some exercises for a change of pace from freeweights.
