I just love everything about tubing! It's convenient, cheap, effective, and portable ;-)
Tubing can be done with creating your own homemade workout(if you are into that ;-) or along with your other weight videos! It's a refreshing change of pace from the weights if you just want a slight twist in an existing program! Speaking of a recent twist, I just used tubing for Cathe's Push pull-had an awesome pump too!

As for video recommendations, I have a few!
First, I highly recommend (for those unfamiliar with tubing)spri resistance videos to learn the proper placement of the tubing for each exercise, it really is important to know how to adjust the tubing,how to wrap it and hold it! Also having a variety of resistance tubing will be helpful in keeping you challenged!
Keli Roberts has VERY thorough tubing workouts!
From spri Supersets,Pumping Rubber(30 min workout totalbody***)Straight up sculpt(60 min workout) and KickbuttCombat(kickboxing and tubing) She has 2 educational tapes from spri that are amazing(but not workouts) Her lower and upper body resistance training !
Donna Read's All out strength and GForce superconditioning are 2 great workouts too! Oh and Cia 9802 with Faith has a good toning section but it's short!
You can print this out for a 30 min workout doing one set of 16 -20(pumping rubber format***) or do as many sets as you like for whatever duration!

one legged lunges-(wrap tubing around sneaker)
one arm rows
bicep curl
rear delt raise
static lunge
Balance work-standing- anchor tubing- step on it
side raises
deadlifts (wrap around each sneaker crossover grab)
standing butt lifts, side lifts squats-- do a combo- squat- sidelift squat back lift
side steps for abductor walk
chest press- standing pull up around back
plie w pulse punch 321 crossovers
traveling plie with 321 pulse
kickbacks anchor on one foot
straight arm press backs
combo(kickback /pressback)
external rotations pull back
standing side bends
Stretch it out and your all done ;-)
