I was wondering if anybody have this and use it for inner-outer thigh work. Does it have enough resistance to make you sore? Would it be a better investment than adjustable ankle weights and doing your exercises like Cathe does in PS-Leg?

How do you do perform the exercises, assuming I am not going to buy any more tapes? Do you lie down on your back with your legs in the air and squeeze the ring? Are there any variation to it?
