Totally agree on that one! Oh it was SO nice. Also have to add that the catered food last year (Green Grille?) I thought was awesome. Great healthy variety, and VERY conscientious staff.

I choose vegan when given the opportunity but plain old ovo/lacto vegetarian is just fine too. Thanks!
