On the advice of my Doctor, she recommends that I don't do Chest Press due to old Surgery with lot scar tissue.
How can I do my routine and not include chest press but get a balanced weight workout??
I am doing P.S. and S & H rotation and have Also CTX and Power Hr DVD's
