repeating the series

Can you start the series cycle over again, repeating the 3-month series (possibly at a higher level, etc.) and re-use it? Or do you lose the benefits of periodization, muscle confusion and progressive overload if you were to continually repeat the 3-month series? Is it even possible to re-start the series at a higher level and progress through it's entirety again, achieving better weights?
