Renewed my Live membership and can not get logged in on my ipad


I renewed my subscription to Live today, and I attempted to login, it will log me in but I can not watch the videos. My ipad says that I need to purchase a subscription. I have deleted the app, reloaded, signed out and resigned in again. Can anyone help me with what I am doing wrong?
