Rememering my first Cathe workout

I can never remember if my first Cathe workout was Cardio Core Circuit or the STS Hiit dvd. I bought them so close together that I can't recall. Unlike many of you other ladies, I didn't discover Cathe until about 2011. I had heard of her workouts for years but I was always too afraid to attempt anything of hers, figuring it was way beyond my abilities! At that point, I had graduated from beginner dvds and was using workouts by Jillian and Bob Harper mostly. I decided to give her a try and was immediately blown away by how much I loved this woman!! :eek: I quickly bought more.

I always say where I got really hooked, like a complete obsessed groupie fan hooked, was once I bought and tried The Magic Five: Cardio Core Circuit, Hiit, Lower Body Blast, Butts and Guts and Drill Max. I'll never forget the first time I did B&G...I was sore for DAYS! :D Now I can get through the lower body workouts, quite often going heavier than Cathe or adding weight where she doesn't, no problemo! ;)

Butts And Guts!!! We could have definitely been holding hands there! I bought that a little after I got Slow & Heavy and the first time I did B&G I was so sore in my glutes that I swear I needed assistance sitting down on the potty! Haha..omg it was insane and I was till wincing for about 3 days getting on and off my bike! Lately I have been mixing B&G with Great Glutes, I omit certain parts of each like the cool downs and warm ups and wow I cannot believe how effective these two workouts are together.
