Lynn is right- this video is good for starters. But it has a lunge section at the end that can be tough. I remember that this was my 1st step tape when I was 17 and I had to stop throughout it and sit down. Now it's easy.
But I still do it on occassion. You can add power to the moves to make it a harder workout. It's good for days when you're tired. I like the set/music, but some don't. The Power step tape is good- it has a simlar feel but is tougher.
Compared to Cathe's tapes, the Reebok tapes are easier (but again, you can make them harder) and the set is totally different. It's darker w/ a "warehouse" type set and live drums. The music is kind of tribal beat. Gin doesn't talk much other than to give instructions. There's about 8 other steppers. I still really like these tapes though. Some days you just want a quiet, simple workout.
