Redone July 2003 rotation.............with pilates and yoga

I have been doing the August 2004 rotation - and I love love it - but I feel like I am missing my cardio and arms, so I redid this July 2003 rotation and added some stuff - I have more time to dedicate in July bc I have a swimsuit vacation coming up at the end of the month.........let me know what you guys think.....!!

Week One
Monday: 20mins run plus PUB
Tuesday: KPC
Wednesday: L&G Extreme/Pilates
Thurday:MIC/Pilates
Friday: OFF
Saturday: ME/Yoga I
Sunday: Walk/run 40 mins and abs of choice

Week two
Monday: Body max
Tuesday: RS
Wednesday: KPC/Pilates
Thursday: MIS/Pilates
Friday: OFF
Saturday: L&G/Yoga II
Sunday: PH and 30 mins jog

Week three
Monday: MIC
Tuesday: C&W
Wednesday: L&G/Pilates
Thursday: KPC/Pilates
Friday: OFF
Saturday: Circuit Max: Yoga III
Sunday: BootCamp and 200 Lunges

Week Four
Monday: KPC
Tuesday: IMAX II
Wednesday: PH/Pilates
Thursday: KPC/L&G Workout Blender 80mins premix/Pilates
Friday: OFF
Saturday: PUB/Yoga III
Sunday: PLB and 200 Lunges
