Recovery workout

After just gaining back my energy from a bout with a stomach virus, I need to ease myself back into Cathe's workouts. What I would like (right now) is a recovery type workout which would ease me back into cardio and weight work. Right now I am using my old Firm tapes for this purpose.
 
I'd like to see this kind of workout with every series, especially if there are going to be something like the amount of workouts in the Hardcore series.
 
I'm new to Cathe but not to exercise. After doing my first 10 days on Cathe DVD's only, I agree that we need a recovery workout. I also agree that most of my other tapes/DVDs will now properly serve this purpose, but it would be more fun to have Cathe's version. My body is pretty beat up from Cathe's hard workouts and I've only been doing the timesaver versions on the DVD's so far.
