Recovery week 'details'???

Let me start by saying I'm not trying to find any loop holes! LOL I know there are absolutely NO WEIGHTS to be lifted for the Recovery week. I saw the post about Drill Max and LOVE that idea.

I was thinking that I'd like to do a day or 2 of the BONUS LEG footage...you know, the plate moves, the stability ball and band work, etc. The BONUS stuff at the end of the LEG workouts in Meso 1. No weights, right?

That, and I'm thinking of doing the paper plate slide back lunges and side slide lunges with NO WEIGHT.

Think that's okay?

I just finished Meso 1 today so my recovery week starts OFFICIALLY on Sunday!

Hi Gayle

Just a thought- maybe doing something completely different and using your muscles differently than anything in the STS workouts may be more beneficial.
