I'm pretty sure I've worked myself to the point of being "overtrained". My body is saying "go" as in "you need to really work to get in summer shape". But, it's also saying "no" in that everything hurts! Has this ever happened to you? Is it possible to recover without quitting? I'd love any advice you can give me!
