I'm a 42 year old busy mother of 3 young children who has been doing step areobics and strength training for about 3 years now (I use 3, 5 and 10 lb. hand weights).
I try and excercise anywhere from 30-60 minutes a day, 4 or 5 times a week.
Can you recommend a few of your videos that would be suitable for my fitness level / time schedule ?
Other than cardio and upper body strenghtening, I would like to work in some lower body (especially lower abs, gluts, inner thighs) into my routine.
