Recommendations on workout videos

I'm a 42 year old busy mother of 3 young children who has been doing step areobics and strength training for about 3 years now (I use 3, 5 and 10 lb. hand weights).

I try and excercise anywhere from 30-60 minutes a day, 4 or 5 times a week.

Can you recommend a few of your videos that would be suitable for my fitness level / time schedule ?

Other than cardio and upper body strenghtening, I would like to work in some lower body (especially lower abs, gluts, inner thighs) into my routine.

Hi Annette! We are getting ready to release a new series soon and in it there will be a "Butts and Guts" workout that I think you will enjoy. But for now, for the areas you mentioned, I think you will enjoy:
