I *finally* got the whole PS series and MIS, and am just loving the challenge. I have been told by various people that any given weight-training rotation should only last about 3 or 4 months. My question is, what kind of routine would you recommend after doing the PS/MIS series? Currently I weight train 4 days a week -- 1 day with each PS tape, and then a final day with MIS. I have to look ahead, because if different tapes are recommended, I will need to start saving *now* to get them.
