Kick, Punch & Crunch is also another great non-step cardio workout. More steady state cardio than Kick Max. KPC is a lot of fun and also has a great ab routine with the stability ball. Also on this DVD is Legs & Glutes. A real tough leg workout. Most of Cathe's cardio is step but she does have some hi-lo routines in Maximum Intensity Cardio and Step, Jump & Pump. MIC has 26 minues of hi-lo in it. Also on the same DVD is Interval Max. It does have step routines in it but maybe you could just do them on the floor and then do the interval blasts. It has more athletic choreography in it; nothing tricky. This DVD also has Rhythmic Step on it. Do you just not like step or are you unable to do it because of medical reasons? Rhythmic Step is the most tricky of the three on this DVD but is also a very fun workout once you get the choreography. Step, Jump & Pump has about 20 minutes of hi-lo in it. Step Blast is also on this DVD which is another great workout along the lines of Rhythmic Step.
