Of the two splits that you mention, I would recommend GS first. S&H is a good split, but requires a lot of focus. I think you will be able to use GS more often and it has premixes.
I only have the slow and heavy taped from fit tv. I'm not sure the difference in timing from the actual routine, but for some reason, I don't like it. I am going to wait for the new heavy weight series to come out and buy that. Melissa
