recipes to share?

I thought it would be great if we could share "Cathe" approved meals and snack recipes and get some new ideas right here!

I will go first:
It is my afternoon "sweet snack"
G2 gatorade and either frozen fruit (winter time)
or fresh fruit blended up.

It gives me the sweet to make it through the rest of the day with out craving any addtional sugar.

Let me know what you think, and please share one or two of your own!
