1. www.about.com has a wonderful cooking section-There isn't much oil floating around those pages, since most of the recipes are for soups, salads and pasta-where you can realy control the cheese/fat content.When I try them out, I just add 1-2 tsps. oil/cheese -not necessarily what the recipe suggests, and it comes out pretty well too!
2. www.allrecipes .com also has several low-fat ideas.It even has a Diabetic section, which I'm sure must be atleast low-sugar. Have heard friends rave about that one, though I haven't tried it.
Hi Margie. My neighbor gave me a great recipe website. It's allrecipes.com. You can get a recipe for just about any category you can think of. They have vegetarian recipes and you can get tofu or temph recipes from this site as well. I have gotten a few myself.
I second the Allrecipes.com suggestion. It is the best most comprehensive recipe site I've ever seen and I use it almost exclusively. I have found some terrific light/low fat recipes there.
Another site with tons of recipes is Epicurious.com - not as many reduced cal recipes there however.
