Receipt for presale

Hi Cathe-
I ordered the new DVD's back in August (I believe) and my credit card was charged, however I did not receive a receipt of any kind. Should I be concerned? How do I confirm my order will be shipped.
Has anyone on the forum received a confirmation?

If you ordered over the internet like myself ,you would have received an email telling you that your order was received, the total cost and a thankyou. [Order comfirmation]

This would be your receipt to save or print.

I went through this same worry last month, as long as you see that the money has been taken, then you should receive your pre order when its shipped out :9 .

Hope this allay's some of those fears.

Fitmum is right.

But also, I have lost receipts before x( and as long as you know when you bought it (what month) your credit card company can send you a past statement with the charge on it and this will work as your receipt also.

Try emailing SNM and ask them to comfirm your preorder.

I did get a confirmation. I'm sure if you email them, they will let you know that you're on the list to receive them.

Hi all-
Thanks for your responses. I actually did email customer service on three different occasions and did not get a response to any of them. I am notorious for not printing those email receipts and of course the mail is long gone so I started getting worried. I just wish someone would take a minute to confirm my order. I am getting a little frustrated but I guess I'll just wait and see if my order arrives when they are finally shipped. Any other suggestions? Other than email, there doesn't seem to be any other way to contact customer service.

I just preordered 1 Hardcore and ordered 3 others last week and got my order today. My order receipt only reflected the videos I received and a different total. I immediately emailed them and got a response saying that altho the preorder was not included in the total they show that they have the order. This is the email address I used and they got back to me within 10 mins. of me sending it. I hope it works for you also!
