I try to do a search on something before I post about it. But on this I came up w/ different responses. One lady says it wasn't very good for weight loss but that she used it for "cellular" reasons. What does that mean? Another poster said that it was great for cardio. Nowhere have I seen how much weight it can handle. I weigh 200# . I never knew what rebounding was until a dvd called " Urban Rebounding Compilation 3" popped up in my local used book store. I was looking at the back and thoguht "this will prolong the life of my joints". I bought it, went home and watched it. It turned out to have 4 different workouts on it. Kick Bound, Interval Bounding, Old Fashioned Hi-Low Bound and Latin Bound. I have no idea if I can keep up w/ them , but wanted to know your input. Someone also posted that their heart wen tup into the 180's. My heart rate at 60% should be 111 and at 80% no more than 148. Isn't going over 80% where you start to harm your body and not help it? Any info would be welcome. Also, how many legs should it have? Springs?
