Rebook Intense moves workout

I rented this from my library just to have a change up and man it was great! It uses a basic move for 2 minutes and then a power move for 1 minute and then back to a base move for 2 mins and a power move.. there are 10 cycles of this and w/ the cool down and warm up it was about 45-50mins. Just thought I pass that along for anyone that loves the intensity type workouts. This one was good.

I've had this one for a long time. In fact I used to combine it with Interval Max. However it is gathering dust somewhere. I wonder when I'm going to do it again. It is a good workout and I like the fact that the choreography is basic and more athletic (good for a change of pace). I also like that there are three diferent levels of intensity in each interval.

I have had this one for several years and, I must say this is the hardest workout I have ever done. No fancy footwork just hard core cardiovascular and muscle work. The hard, harder, hardest choices make this a workout that will never get old. I still can't do some of the "hardest" options. If anyone wants a great challenge this is it. And the instructor shows everyone an example of being incredibly strong, fit, and healthy even though you will never look like Cathe.

I, too, really like this one, although haven't used it for a while. i really like that it is intense yet under an hour.

I also have had this one for ages and every so often I pull it out and do it. I don't think it approaches the intensity of the Imaxes but it's still a tough workout, especially if you do it at the highest intensity. I have always liked Gin Miller as an instructor and it's a greatworkout when you have less than an hour to spend, you definitely get your money's worth.

Big thumbs up, Trish! I agree whole-heartedly- I love Intense Moves! I like not having to think TOO hard about the choregraphy and just go all out. ;)

I LOVE this workout!! As a matter of fact, when I teach step at work, I use this format once a month so that my students get a break from having to "think" real hard about choreography but still get a great workout. I also like Gin's "Extreme Step". It is excellent also.

I just bought this on ebay a few weeks ago. I really like it too. I have done it a few times.

I really thought it was great.. glad so many agree! I can't do some of the hardest ones either, but it really really makes me sweat and my heart rate goes high on this one.. I like music too.. sorta gets fast and it keeps me going on that minute.. I might have to get this one to keep. I have done it 3 times so far, but my Cahte workouts just came yesterday so I will do those before doing the rebook one again. :) Does anyone know of another one similar to that one?

That is Interval max right? I have the catalog, but don't see an Imax workout in it.. I have done Imax 2 on FitTV and I liked it! Thanks for the suggestion. :)
