How does elevating the rear leg onto the step--as opposed to leaving it on the floor-- change leg or glute muscle emphasis as in the "elevated rear lunge" in Lower Body Blast?
And is this "elevated rear lunge" essentially the same exercise as the "single leg squat" in Supersets or Leaner Legs?
