rear delt flies

I started out doing you CTX workout & as I recall the rear delt flies are done with 5lb wts. Also the same in PUB. I recently started doing MIS & I noticed you did these with 10lb wts. I know this is an older tape, but I absolutely love it. Is there a reason you have gone down in wts with the rear delt flies? Can it lead to more wear and tear? Or is that a stupid question.

Just curious. I will continue the heavier wt unless I notice excessive pain. I love all your tapes & after spending lot's of cash one the Firm & Karen Voight, I can still only workout exclusively to you. I'm so grateful I discovered you.

I'm not Cathe, but thought I'd offer an opinion:

If you're comfortably challenged with heavier weights and can complete the reps with good form, by all means stay with them. I use 21.25-lb dumbbells for rear delt flyes; there's no reason why you cannot go heavier than the weightloads demonstrated if you're that strong.
