Really neat website

Your welcome.I am so glad you replied. I was going to incorporate the walking lunges into my track routine. When do you think I should add them: at the end of everything or maybe a set of 40 after my 5th,6th and 7th lap? Right now I walk 2 laps, bleachers 10 times up and then walk 5 more laps w/ the last one being the cooldown.

P.S. I notice that if I put the bleachers kind of in the middle of my walking that my heart rate really stays up there.

You could probably add them anywhere! I do mine without weight and I do 4 sets of 50 with a 30 second rest in between. So you could start with them and then maybe do a set after each lap, and change it a bit everyday. Walking lunges can be very versatile...:)..Carole

Mckmain-I did my whole workout this morning and then hit the lunges. I was able to do 2 sets of 50. I couldn't handle any more;( . BUT I WILL work up to the 200......then 300......then 400.:) I will try mixing it up and see how it feels.

scm- Your welcome. :)
