I'm finding I really love/need to stretch more these days...I just did Leaner Legs this morning and tacked on ALC II, just the stretch & flexibility chapter (16 minutes) at the end...felt great (I love ALC II). Anyway, I think Stretch Max is going to be fantastic stretch work (it HAS to be, coming from Cathe!), and I just can't wait for it (along with all the other Hardcores, of course!)!
