Shelley is correct in her response to you. This year we are only allowing one person per registration. Here is what Cathe wrote in her announcement regarding this:

1. So that we can offer attendance fairly and to as many people as possible, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO REGISTER ONLY FOR ONE PERSON AND ONLY FOR ONE ROAD TRIP.

Lorrayne - I think Allison means she will register herself, go out come back in and register Shelley separately. I'm not registering for the July one, so I am going to go ahead and register Shel, but I think that is what Allison meant, not registering them on the same registration.
