I really like Rockout Knockout and Hard Strikes. They're both great... fun music and both have heavy bag bonuses which makes me real happy. After these two I was expecting something a little different from Rockem Knockem... and after having done it 4 times within a month it's grown a little on me. It's a good workout, but I prefer the other two.
Unfortunately I'm still sick in bed. My fever is down, but my stomach pain is keeping me up all night.
Once I have recovered I will need to ease back into it, or else I may get sick again. I am not up for that. I'm thinking of Cize, some of the less intense KCM 30 min... and then only one workout at a time, TurboFire 45ez... maybe even try Brazilian butt lift which I have lying around, but have never tried. I think the key is lower intensity, shorter workouts and not 6 days a week... at least for a few weeks, and then I can hopefully (re)start the Xtrain/ICE rotation.
Conni - how long have you been doing the Live workouts? Are they as good as the youtube clips make them seem?
