Hi Cathe,
I am new to your site and excercise method. I need to lose over 50lbs. i now weigh 198lbs and i'm 5ft 5inches. i am currently a tight size 12. i used to workout to the Firm and was a size 8 -lower body and a size 5 - upper body.
i haven't workout consistently for the past year, but i'm still very strong. i need to get a series that will help me lose at least half of the weight in 3months. Can you help, by recommending something?

Hi:

it would help everyone who might have recommendations to make to you if you could outline your current state of fitness. What exercise are you currently doing in terms of both cardio and weight training?

To Clarify,
I currently do not excercise consistently, i do Gilad, and it doesn't raise my heartrate, i do Core Foundations from TLp and i find it OK, i can complete 90% of it pretty well.
So i think i am still very strong, althgough my cardiovasular needs improvement.
