This has probably been asked before, but why is there My 1RM and an Avg 1RM?
I confess that I haven't done my 1RM's and am regretting it BIG TIME. I'm thinking about postponing starting the STS rotation and taking the time to do the test. I did a test already for barbell curls, 43 lbs/10 reps. My 1RM is 57, and 1RM Avg is 35. Why are there two #'s? Should I be taking 60% of the 1RM or 60% of the Avg 1RM for Meso 1?
TIA!!
