I've just been reading a post on the Video and Rotation Forum which is related to pear shaped persons. The advice given was that pear people need to do at least 40 mins of cardio per day and that interval training is best. (This was because fat burning for the lower body doesn't kick in until at least 40 mins into cardio work. The upper body burns up fat first)
I don't do the rotations, I prefer to do my own thing.
Heres the question : Which Cathe DVD's are the best for 1) 40 plus mins of cardio work and
2) Interval Training.
