I am trying to loose my last bit of weight, and have been using S&H, PS series and Power Hour along with lots of cardio and ab work. Feeling great, but was wondering if I'd be better off re: weight loss with doing an endurance video 3 x a wk (BodyMax). I heard someone say when they went back to endurance, they lost the hard earned muscle they had from the power workouts. I want to be lean, but like my muscle definition yet still want to go down another size. Thanks in advance for your help.

I'm doing a S&H rotation now (on week 5) and am seeing lots of new muscle growth, but I gained 5 lbs and my clothes are not changing. I really need to lose this extra wt. but I hate to sacrifice my new muscles!!!! Being an ecto, I worked hard for them.
