Re:confused about how long to exercise

Hi Cathe,
Congratulations on your little bundle.
I have lost 85pds. mostly exercising about 2hrs.a day.My question is I hear so many different things regarding exercise for instance I was going to try the Body For Life program.He suggest that you eat 6 small meals a day,(No PROBLEM)He also suggest that you do 20min. of aerobics and 45 min. of weight training nothing more nothing less on an empty stomach first thing in the morning(PROBLEM) I don't feel like 20min. is enough.I love your tapes and miss doing them.So can you please clear up this information for me. How long and how many times should I do aerobics and also how many times a week should I weight train and can I do upper and lower together .The program suggest alternate days to avoid overtraining.I trust your expertise and would greatly appreciatte a response.
