I love all the new workouts! Your creativity and committment to excellence continually amaze me!

My question is this: is the 30 minutes of aerobics in the new 4 day split enough to encourage weight loss? Or should I supplement with more cardio?

I am used to doing 45-60 minutes of cardio 4 to 5 days a week using your other step and kickbox DVDs and running. I am concerned about cutting back on the cardio. I love all the new weight sections and have to run out and get some heavier weights now!

Thanks!

Hi Marianimal! Yes, most definitely, especially with the weights right behind it to keep the body building lean muscle mass which encourages overall long term calorie burn and fat loss.

But if cardio is what you enjoy and would prefer a little more of, by all means, add on an extra or longer session here and there.

Have fun!
