I cooked some ground chicken for lunch today & when I looked at the nutrtion information it has the following:
Raw weight 4 oz
cooked weight 3 oz
Calories - 180/raw 220/cooked weight
How can it gain 40 calories from cooking. I would understand if the weight was the same for both but they are taking that into account? I'm stumped
