Rave about CoreMax

I've owned CoreMax for a long time, but it was only recently that I realized that my core was weak and causing me lower back problems. At Cathe's suggestion I started to concentrate a lot more on core work. I bought a few "Fitness Fix" workouts I thought would help, but they just didn't click for me. Then I started using the CoreMax workout on the stability ball. The first few exercises are "overall" core exercises and they are perfect for me. I don't even need to do the full workout if I don't have time. Those first 3 exercises are making a big difference for me. If you've been neglecting your core, you've got to try CoreMax. It's very tough, but you can start out doing fewer reps and even skipping the more advanced exercises. You will still see great results!

I've experienced the same thing, Nancy! My low back tends to bother me when I'm doing heavier lifting, but as long as I can sneak in two days of CM a week, it feels fine! It's such a wonderful DVD!:)

Thanks for your post, Nancy. I've been neglecting my core WAY too long and figured CM would help, but I've been "afraid" to use it because my core is definitely not strong. (I think I just identified a vicious cycle here.) Your post has me inspired to stop being silly and just follow along as best I can. Thanks!!

Definitely go for it, Deborah. Don't worry about how much you can do or how many reps. Just do what you can, and it will be plenty. ;)
