Happy Saturday everybody!! I was hoping that everybody could rate the Body Blast series in the order that they like them, and maybe an explanation as to why they are in that order. It will give me insight, and be a little fun!!! ;-)

Here are the choices: Timesaver; Push/Pull; Supersets; Step Blast; Step, Jump and Pump; Kick, Punch and Crunch; Leg and Glutes.

Have fun, and tia for your opinions!

KPC
Legs and Glutes
SJP
StepBlast
Timesaver
Push/Pull
Supersets

KPC is tough, fun and effective. There aren't that many Cathe kickboxing choices and CTX is so easy. I was sick of CK. I love to do this workout.

Legs and Glutes is different, effective and fun.

SJP is also very fun, lots of good premixes. Not too awfully tough, so it's good for a medium day.

StepBlast, fun, but I don't do as much cardio anymore, so I don't use it too often. I often do the Combo 1,2,3 premix as a warmup to a leg workout.

Timesaver has a couple of good ones on it. The legs one, and sometimes I make an upper body workout out of all the upper body segments.

PushPull and Supersets I really don't like at all to do as scripted. I manage to use them using the 3 sets premixes, or slapping something together with Mix and Match. I could have done without this DVD, but I did want a new upper body workout and sometimes I create one out of these.

This is in order of which ones I use the most:
Push/Pull; Supersets - I LOVE the premixes on this one and use them frequently (particularly the 3 sets upper body premix from PP and the 2 sets upper body premix from SS. And the lower body blast premix from SS is a doozy too).

KP&C; L&G - My favorite workout of the entire series is KP&C. I did it every Sat. for 6 weeks and noticed an improvement in my core strength and my leg flexibility. Plus, I feel tough and cool when I do this one. L&G just isn't challenging to me, but I haven't done the L&G Xtreme premix yet, which might change my mind).

SJ&P; SB - I LOVE Step Blast, especially the challenge. SJ&P I use mainly for the all 4 hi/lo sections premix and the abs. Doing SJ&P as is feels like 'Cathe-lite' to me. I have not tried the Step Blast/SJ&P circuit premixes, which again, would probably make these two workouts feel a lot tougher.

Timesaver; I keep forgetting I have this one. Either that, or the push ups section had caused me to repress ever having purchased it.

Kim I only have Legs & Glutes Dvd and Supersets DVD, I love legs & glutes ... why Kim, do you have any of them ? Rhonda

Hi Rhonda. Yes, I have them all now. I've really done mostly the KPC/LG dvd than any of them. I love the premix of SPJ step. I didn't get it completely, but I sure had a fun time trying!!
