Hi. I'm in the middle of a CTX rotation right now and this is how I'm doing it:
Day 1 - Power Circuit (legs/back/abs)
Day 2 - Step & Intervals (chest)
Day 3 - All Step (shoulders/abs)
Day 4 - Leaner Legs (abs)
Day 5 - 10-10-10 (triceps)
Day 6 - Kickbox (biceps/abs)
Day 7 - REST
I don't think it's a big deal to do abs on Day 3 and 4. But yes, Power Circuit and Leaner Legs must be far apart....it is Meaner Legs afterall! :7
