Quoting Cathe

I've found myself saying to the participants I instruct in my aqua classes, "You guys are lookin' great back there, I can hear it!" from "Circuit Max".

Another Cathe funny that is visual rather than verbal: has anyone noticed the look of quiet, smiling desperation Cathe has when she's holding that static V-sit in the CTX-Kickbox ab routine? I always find that expression so comforting - tells me that these really ARE hard!

I'm such a parrot of those that I'm around. :D I started ending a statement with a question after Cathe's Stong Legs and Abs video. "Always bending our knees when we pick up that weight, right?"

Now that has become a habit as you've noticed from my posts, right? LOL

My kids like to say "Just a suggestion, take it or leave it, right?" It almost killed me when DS14 said that the first time.

And when DS7 and I are doing PS-BBA, he likes to ask a question just before she says "I don't know!" to demonstrate the right way to do shrugs.

Oh, yes, and "You can do anything for a minute."

Lately, I have been saying "There's no time for down time". I can't remember which work out it is from.

Just last night I caught myself saying "it's just a suggestion, take it or leave it". Luckily, my fiance didn't catch on, or the teasing would never end! :7

If I am facing a difficult decision or moment I often say to myself "It's all about how you spend your time under tension" I take that to mean not only physical, but also mental. I think Cathe may sort of by my therapist :) Heather

This cracks me up - especially because I do it all the time!

About a year ago I got my sister hooked on Cathe and it is now a huge part of both of our lives. She recently underwent some surgery and we (me, mom and her DH) were able to visit with her while she was in some of her woozy states in and out of anesthisia (sp?). I'm not sure how much she remembers but the only things she was really saying were Catheisms like those you've mentioned.

Then, there was a complication with her surgery and she had to go back under. We were spending those last minutes with her before her second surgery as the anesthetic was taking effect and she kept saying, "You start off thinking hey, this is easy and then hello!" (from IMAX 2).

I know she loves that Catheism and she was so funny relating it to her surgery taking an unexpected turn.

One of my favorites comes out when my fiance and I are watching football. He starts yelling "Holding" at the TV and I say "Holding - holding, holding, holding" from plank work.

this is fun!

I found myself saying to my daughter (who also does Cathe),
while she was complaining about cleaning the toilet.
I said "You can do anything for a minute!" She didn't think it was funny at the time.}(

I've started saying, "Double-knot those laces and get ready to go!" (from Imax2) although I think I've somehow mangled what she really said. I guess I should pay better attention the next time I do that title.
