Quinoa?

I have been to several stores and cannot find this stuff. Even at Whole Foods. Where is it? Is it next to the oatmeal? I guess next time I'll ask someone but it is usually so busy in there?

Hi LD,

The quinoa is usually in the same aisle as rice in my grocery store. You can also check in the organic section. Whole Foods should have it for sure. I like to add sauteed mushrooms and onions to mine as a side dish. Yum!

I know the Whole Foods in Philly has it in the bulk food section. I would look with the lose bulk items next time.

My Whole Foods (in Chapel Hill, NC) has it both in the bulk section, and in boxes in the section with rice, grain mixes, and so forth.

I make morning cereal out of mine, with soy milk, raisins, cinnamon, flax seed. Just like I make steel cut oats. But it cooks a lot faster.
