Questions re Fitness Freak's Muscle Building & Defining Rotation

Hi everyone,

I've been working hard the past eight or so months to lose some weight, and am finally at the point where I don't think I should lose any more. (Right now, I'm 5'4" and about 114 pounds, and am down to a size 0/2. I'm not quite sure what my body fat is since my two different monitors give me different readings.)

What I'd really like to concentrate on is getting more definition. I can tell that I have put on some muscle mass (mostly using a lot of GS and S&H rotations), but I'd like more definition in my arms especially.

For those who have used Debbie's Muscle Building and Defining Rotation, have you had good results with it? Would this be a good one to do, or would it be better to maybe just do a pure endurance rotation?

Debbie, do you have any advice to offer?:)

If you want to build muscle, endurance rotations won't work. I think my Muscle Building and Defining Rotation would work well for what you are looking for. Make sure you are eating enough to help build those muscles!
