I am up by 5:45 or 6:00 am - throw on the clothes, do my ab work first using Firm 5 day abs and Firm More 5 day abs - then its onto whatever the workout of the day is. Afterwards it is a glass of water, shower, dress, make-up and hair, get kids ready for school, and then breakfast of egg beaters and toast or a Myoplex shake. By 8:30-9:00PM I am beat, but if I don't do my workout in the morning, I'll never get it in.
