Hi Cathe (or educated folks! ),
I have a few questions about Meso 3 that I was hoping I could get some help with.
First off, I feel like Meso 2 really helped me put on some muscle and get some definition. (I can see my abs more than I have ever been able to see them before! Hooray!) I know that Meso 3 focuses primarily on strength, so my question is this: will we continue to build some muscle, lose some fat, and get more defined during Meso 3? If those are our goals, will it still be effective to do Meso 3?
My second set of questions are about the leg workouts for Meso 3. I bought some squat racks so I can do the squat rack workouts, but I've been reading the last few months about people using the Plyo workouts as cardio workouts. Would it be counterproductive if I did both Meso 3 leg workouts (one squat rack workout and one Pylo workout) each week? If I did so, I would go down on my weights with the Plyo workouts, and space the leg workouts as far apart as possible during the week. I've done some past rotations that work legs twice a week, but, since STS is so intense, would doing this lead to overtraining?
Thanks in advance for any help that anyone can offer!
