I appreciate it when you let us know how much weight you have on your barbell in the videos. Sometimes I can carry the same. Lots of times I can't but that's okay! Still helps to know if I'm getting closer to my goals.
Here's my question: When you mention the amount of weight you're putting on the barbell, do you mean strictly the plates? My bar alone weighs 18 lbs. (Yes, I put it on my bathroom scale and weighed it one day).
Maybe I need to invest in a different bar? Is the one you use heavy in itself? Any info you can give would be helpful. I'm trying to do this right. Thanks so much.
